Full-Time – with 3 day weekends

Title: CHIROPRACTIC TECHNICIAN ASSISTANT

We are looking for a positive, service minded and people loving Chiropractic Technician Assistant!

Duties include:

• Primary Duties are running and managing our 3 Piece Neurological Technology schedule. 
  • This involves setting patients up for a appointment
  • Booking appointments
  • Replying to inquiries 

 

• Secondary Duties (Only if schedule permits or in need temporary support in other areas of practice)
  • Emails, Phone Calls
  • Online and In Person customer service
  • Scheduling Appointments and supporting the Front Desk Assistant in general.
  • Organize office and all workspace and storage areas
  • Practice Member Education, Accounts, and Care Management

Schedule:

Approximately 35 hours per week

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday appx. 8:30am – 6:00pm (1 hour lunch)

3 Day weekends 90% of the time (Occasional weekend Practice Events) 

 

This is a long-term position for someone who wants to work for a great company, serve the community and find fulfillment within their work.

Pay:

20-23/hr – dependent on experience and progress through 90 Day performance review

*Revenue sharing structure also in place after 1 year in position which can take you to 28+/hr
